国旗下讲话 | 做一名守护健康的践行者

敬爱的老师，亲爱的同学：

      大家好！

      我们是来自初二（6）班的邓孜为和初二（7）班的刘恩贝。今天我们演讲的题目是，全民防疫，需要你的一“臂”之力。

      2020年的初始，新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情便时刻牵动着国人的心，数以万计的民众共同在这场防控阻击战中团结一致、奉献力量、攻坚克难。面对疫情，有人主动请缨，不计生死，义无反顾，冲锋在前；有人默默无闻，捐款捐物，尽己之力……

      经过一年多全国人民上下一心的努力，当前，我国新冠疫情防控形势良好，但这并不意味着我们可以高枕无忧了。当前新冠肺炎疫情仍在全球流行，我国多地也相继发生散发或聚集疫情，新冠病毒依然时刻威胁着我们的身体健康和生命安全。在这疫情防控的关键阶段，每一项工作都刻不容缓，每一个人都不容懈怠！这是一场看不见敌人的“战争”，为了预防新型冠状病毒肺炎，作为学生的我们，又能够做什么呢？。

      目前，接种疫苗是预防新冠病毒感染最有效的办法，是“外防输入、内防反弹”的必要措施，是国家对每位公民最真挚的关怀，也是每个公民的权利、责任和义务。接种新冠疫苗是防控新冠肺炎最经济、最有效、最安全的措施之一。如果我们不尽快接种疫苗，我们生活的区域就会成为“免疫洼地”，没有接种疫苗的人群将会面临被感染风险。在当前阶段，国产新冠疫苗已经证明了它的安全性、可靠性。我们要相信科学，相信疫苗的安全性，更要相信接种疫苗是有效防止感染新冠病毒、有效阻断疫情传播的重要手段。接种疫苗，对自己而言是免疫、是健康；对家人而言是呵护、是关爱。我们做到“应种尽种”“应快尽快”。除此之外，我们还要践行“打完第一针后，按时打第二针”的要求，实现全程免疫保护；保持“戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风、少聚集”等良好习惯。通过接种疫苗迅速形成免疫屏障，让我们共同努力，坚决打赢这场疫情防控战！

      当然，在接种后我们也应该继续保持“戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风、少聚集”等良好习惯，共筑免疫长城，共享健康平安。全民防疫，需要你的一“臂”之力，接种疫苗，做一名守护健康的践行者！

      good morning!

      We are Deng Zi wei from Class 6 , Grade two and Liu Enbei  from Class 7, Grade two. The topic of our speech today is “everyone is needed for the pandemic prevention”.

      Since the beginning of the year 2020, COVID-nineteen outbreak has been a constant concern for the Chinese people. Tens of thousands of people have worked hard together to overcome difficulties in this battle. In the face of the epidemic, people did different things but all tried their best.

      After more than a year of efforts by Chinese people, the current situation of COVID-19 prevention is controlled well in China. But this does not mean that we can rest now. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to spread around the world, it continues to threaten our health and lives.  This is a "war" where the enemy is invisible. As students, what can we do to prevent it? .

      At present, vaccination is the most effective way to prevent the infection. It is a necessary measure to prevent the importation from abroad and within. If we don't get it soon, the areas we live in will become unsafe with the risk of infection. We need to believe in science and the safety of vaccines. So we should get the first injection and the second one on time, we also need to keep good habits such as wearing masks and washing hands frequently. Let’s work together to win the battle.

      One more time, after vaccination, let’s continue to keep good habits such as wearing masks, washing hands and gathering less, so as to build the Great Wall of immunization together and share health and safety. Epidemic prevention for all needs your strength. Please be a guardian of health!
