国旗下讲话|爱自己 从爱护眼睛开始

尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们：

　　大家好！我是初一三班的霍汐月和初一六班的邓孜为。本周三，6月6日，是世界爱眼日。今天，国旗下讲话的主题是：爱自己，从爱护眼睛开始！

　　同学们，当我们抬起头凝视着鲜艳的五星红旗冉冉升起时，你们有没有感到幸福呢？当你与家人散步于林荫小路，见绿草如茵、鲜花盛开时，你是否意识到你是幸运的呢？当你坐在教室里读书、看黑板，看老师的眼睛索取知识时，你是否觉得自己应该心怀感恩呢？     

      我们都知道眼睛是心灵的窗户，爱自己，就一定要爱护好眼睛。特别是我们中学生处于人生学习的黄金阶段，天天学习离不开眼睛。据有关资料显示，我国有五百万盲人，七百万是双眼低视力者，单眼低视力者高达四千万人。形形色色的眼病不仅严重危害了人们的身心健康，也阻碍了人们生活质量的提高。

　　一个正常人如果离开了眼睛，简直无法想象他应该怎样生活？我们身边的同学，真正视力正常的又有多少呢？为了呵护我们心灵的窗户，为了守护我们五彩的明天，让我们从现在做起，每天看书写字保持端正姿势，并坚持：眼离书本一尺远，手离笔尖一寸远，胸离桌子一拳远。乘车、坐船、走路不看书，躺着不看书，光线不强不看书，眼保健操要正确到位。保证充足的睡眠，多做户外运动,下课放松时经常远眺,使眼睛得到充分休息。

　　做到以上几点并不难,只要我们自觉执行,发现问题及时纠正。我相信,同学们一定会拥有一双更清澈、更明亮的眼睛,一定会拥有一片更广阔,更明净的天空!让我们一起行动起来吧！

Hello everyone, we’re Deng Ziwei from Class 6 and Huo Xiyue from Class 3. This Wednesday, June 6, is World Eye Day. Today, our topic is : love yourself, start with loving your eyes!

When we look up at the five-star red flag rising, do you feel happy? When you walk along the street with your family and see the grass and flowers, do you feel you are lucky? When you sit in the classroom reading, looking at the blackboard, and looking at the teacher's eyes for knowledge, do you feel thankful?

We all know that the eyes are the window of the soul. If you love yourself, you must take good care of your eyes. Especially our middle school students are in the golden stage of life learning, everyday learning can not do without eyes. There are 5 million blind people in China, 7 million of them have low vision in both eyes, and 40 million have low vision in one eye. All kinds of eye diseases are bad for our health, but also for our life.

If a person leaves his eyes, he cann’t  imagine how he should live? How many students around us have good vision? In order to protect our heart windows, to protect our colorful tomorrow, let us start from now on: keep a right posture of reading and writing everyday. Don’t read in cars, planes, and boats. Have a good sleep, do more outdoor sports. And relax yourself after class.

It is not difficult to do these , as long as we keep doing,  I believe that we will have good eyes.
