宽容的力量

      尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们，上午好！我们是来自初一1班的葛雨萱，谭希杰。今天，我们演讲的题目是《宽容的力量》。

      古人云：“得饶人处且饶人”。宽容是一种巨大的人格力量，它能产生强大的凝聚力和感染力，使人愿意团结在你周围，小河宽容了小溪，所以它壮大了；大江宽容了小河，所以它壮大了；大海宽容了江河，所以它才无边无际。这都暗示着宽容别人，其实是在善待自己。

      雨果曾经说过：“宽容是一种美德”。赵国的蔺相如要回和氏壁以后，皇上封他为丞相，廉颇不满，扬言要羞辱他。蔺相如不但没有怪罪而且在回朝的路上，叫车夫驾开车给廉颇让道，事后，廉颇深知惭愧到蔺相如门前负荆请罪，蔺相如赶快扶起了廉颇，他们一齐大笑，是一种如释负重的笑。

      正因为蔺相如宽容了廉颇，才使自己少了一个敌人，多了一个朋友。两人化敌为友，使强秦虽拥重兵而不敢举兵伐赵。蔺相如的宽容不仅仅是在善待自己，更重要的是善待了自己的国家。

      对于我们中学生来说，不会宽容往往是造成许多矛盾的根源，许多烦恼的结果。而化解这些矛盾，解除这些烦恼的唯一方法便是学会“退一步海阔天空”。

      当好朋友欺骗了自己，你要想到也许他有说不出的苦衷，只要你的一句“没关系”便可以使自己心中的郁闷和茫然化为乌有，继续吐纳友情的芬芳。

      我们应该懂得，宽容别人是一种高尚的品德，别人不经意冲撞了你，你以宽厚之心待人，就会使彼此具有更多的信任与爱戴。

      当考试失败后，也应该学会宽容自己，鼓励自己下次会考得更好，相信自己只要从失败中找到原因，持之以恒的奋斗，成功就不会渺茫。

      我们应该懂得，宽容自己是一种善待生活的境界，能陶冶人的情操，能带给你心理的宁静和恬淡。

      古人云：“海纳百川，有容乃大”，让我们拥有宽容的心灵吧，多年以后，你会发现，人生的道路上，你留下的是令人陶醉的瑰丽风景！

      Dear teachers, dear students, good morning! We are GeYuxuan and TanXijie .from the Class One，Junior One. Today, the topic of our speech is "The Power of Tolerance".

   The ancients said: "Be forgiving and forgiving."  Tolerance is a huge personality force, it can produce strong power, making people willing to unite around you. The small river tolerates the small stream, so it grows; the big river tolerates the small river, so it grows; the sea tolerates  the river, so it is boundless.  All this implies that tolerating others is actually treating oneself well.

      Hugo once said: "Tolerance is a virtue."  After Zhao's Lin Xiangru wanted to return to the Heshibi, the emperor made him the prime minister. Lian was dissatisfied to him.  Lin Xiangru not only did not blame, but also asked the driver to give way to Lian Po on the way back. Afterwards, Lian Po knew that he was so ashamed that Lin Xiangru pleaded guilty in front of Lin Xiangru's door. Lin Xiangru quickly helped Lian Po up, and they all laughed. 

    It is precisely because Lin Xiangru has been tolerant of Lian Po that he has one more friend.  The two turned the enemy into a friend, so that Qiang Qin did not dare to attack Zhao even though he supported heavy soldiers.  Lin Xiangru's tolerance is not only to be kind to himself, but more importantly, to be kind to his country.

   For us middle school students, being intolerant is often the source of many troubles.  And the only way to resolve these troubles is to learn to "take a step back and broaden the sky."

      When a good friend deceives yourself, you have to think that maybe he has unspeakable difficulties, as long as you say "it doesn't matter", you can turn the depression and confusion in your heart into nothing.

    We should understand that tolerating others is a noble character. If others collide with you, if you treat others with generosity, you will have more trust and love for each other.

      When you fail the exam, you should also learn to tolerate yourself, encourage yourself to do better next time, and believe that as long as you find the reason from the failure, your success will not be slim.

      We should understand that tolerance of oneself is a state of being kind to life, it can cultivate people's sentiment, and can bring you psychological tranquility.

      The ancients said: "Inclusive of all rivers, tolerance is great", let us have a tolerant mind. After many years, you will find that on the road of life, what you leave behind is a magnificent scenery!
